Mantol Marble & Granite Co. Ltd, incorporated in 2009, is the Sole Agent in Nigeria of Quarella SPA, Italy, the world leader in the production of marbles and other composite stone surfaces.
Our partnerships with Quarella SPA and Bagnara SPA, Italy guarantee ready availability of the internationally accepted Quarella stone surfaces in Nigeria as well as the availability of superior granite products in slabs and tiles from Bagnara.
All our products – marble and granite as well as ceramic and porcelain tiles – are exclusively Italian.
These partnerships eminently position Mantol Marble & Granite to anticipate as well as swiftly respond to the ‘on time’ demands of our customers across the country.

Our People
Mr. Lapite is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas where, in September 1987, he obtained an MBA in International Finance and Investment.
He had a cumulative 22-year experience in banking with First Bank of Nigeria and former International Merchant Bank of Nigeria from where he resigned in June 1993 as Head of Capital Market Group in the Corporate Finance Department.
Mr. Lapite is also the Chairman/CEO of the following companies:
– Mantol Nigeria Limited – Wood Export
– Centrust Investment and Securities Limited – Funds/Portfolio Managers
– Polistuff International Limited – Italian decorative paints company
Mr. Fontanari holds a B.Tech degree in Building Engineering and has over 35 years experience in the building industry in Europe. He is currently on secondment from our partners, Quarella SPA, Italy.
Mr Udoh is a chartered accountant with over 15 years cognate experience. For over a decade, he has worked diligently with Mantol Marble & Granite Company Ltd and has made invaluable contribution to the structure of finance for the company and all its subsidiaries.
Mr Shittu is a graduate of Business Administration. Before joining Mantol Marble & Granite Company Ltd, he had had about 17 years an Italian granite company in Lagos. He has been with our company for about 10 years. He has responsibility for sales and the operation of the factory.
